Jon was amazing. I called him early in the week, and he was willing to come out within a day or two. I asked for Saturday, and he was fine with that. He gave me a time frame and was good at communicating. He was very kind and helpful and dedicated to making sure our new modem/router combo was set up correctly, along with our security cameras. It took him longer than expected, but he did not complain. He worked and made sure it was done right. I greatly appreciate him and will definitely call him in the future.

He replaced old modem and router with a new nighthawk modem/router combo. He reconnected our security cameras, which were offline (he had to reconfigure a bunch of things to get it to work) and he reconnected all of our in home speakers connected to the system as well. He worked hard and diligently. He also did a great job of tidying up when he was done where the cords were neat and the AV closet looked neat and tidy. He took that extra step which meant a lot to me.
